Chicken soup Soup:
Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 carrots, chopped
– 3 pieces of celery, chopped
– 2 pieces of garlic, chopped
– 8 cups chicken
– 2 cups cooked chicken, minced
– 2 cups egg yolk
– 1 tablespoon dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Finely chopped parsley
Preparation:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the fried onion, grated carrot and grated celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the chopped garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour the mixture into the chicken fillets and boil.
4. Add the minced chicken, egg yolk and dried thyme to the pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the pan is done.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Preheat by lubricating with fresh oil.
