Chicken Nachos Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or roasted works well)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- Jalapeños, sliced (optional)
- Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving

- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the Nachos:
- On a large baking tray, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the chips.
- Drizzle the barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the chopped red onion and jalapeños (if using) over the top.
- Cover with the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.
- Bake:
- Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve with sides of sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
