Cheesy Baked Meatballs
Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
– 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
– 1 cup marinara sauce (optional for serving)

Instructions:
1. **Preheat your oven** to 375°F (190°C).
2. **In a large bowl**, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, but do not overwork the meat.
3. **Form the mixture into small balls**, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
4. **Bake the meatballs** in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are nearly cooked through.
