Ingredients:

– **6 large eggs**
– **1/4 cup milk or heavy cream**
– **1 cup cooked broccoli florets**
– **1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon**
– **1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)**
– **1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved**
– **1/4 cup chopped onions**
– **2 cloves garlic, minced**
– **Salt and pepper to taste**
– **1 tablespoon olive oil or butter**

1. **Preheat Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Prepare the Filling**:
– Heat the olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
– Add the chopped onions and garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
– Add the cooked broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, stirring to combine.

3. **Mix the Eggs**:
– In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or heavy cream), salt, and pepper until well combined.

4. **Combine and Cook**:
– Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
