• 1 pound (453.59 g) king crab legs
• 4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter, melted
• 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon garlic)
• 1-2 teaspoons (4 g- 8 g) Creole Seasoning
• ½ tablespoon (7.5 ml) lemon juice

• Lemon wedges for serving
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F . When ready to cook, cut the crab legs in half so the crab meat is visible.Skip the knife and use kitchen scissors or scissors. You’ll thank me later. Place the crab legs in an ovenproof dish or baking sheet. Place butter, garlic, and Creole seasoning in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave for about a minute.Remove and add lemon juice. Mix well.
