Rustic No-Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

 

 

 

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or more, to taste
1 ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¾ teaspoon fresh freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon instant yeast
1 ½ cups water at room temperature
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Directions:

Combine flour, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and yeast in a large bowl.
Using a wooden spoon or your hand, add water and mix until the dough is smooth and firm, about 30 seconds.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature until the surface rises, about 18 hours. 24.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pan or coat with special spray; sprinkle with cornstarch.
On a lightly floured surface, gently roll out the dough into a circle.
Place the dough in the prepared pan. Cover a clean bowl and let the dough sit at room temperature until it doubles in size and springs back when pierced with a finger, about 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
