Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin Recipe

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • Pork Loin:
    • 1 pork loin (about 2-3 pounds)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Bacon:
    • 8-10 slices of bacon
  • Glaze:
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pork:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Season the pork loin with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. Wrap with Bacon:
    • Lay the bacon slices on a cutting board, slightly overlapping each other, to form a sheet.
    • Place the seasoned pork loin on top of the bacon.
    • Wrap the bacon around the pork loin, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  3. Prepare the Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  4. Roast the Pork:
    • Place the bacon-wrapped pork loin in a roasting pan or on a lined baking sheet.
    • Brush the glaze over
