Air Fryer Butter Garlic Steak Bites with Potatoes

Ingredients
3 large potatoes
Olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and dried parsley (for potatoes)

2 fillets – I used fillets 10 ounces
Olive oil used
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Steak seasoning I like to use Kinder’s Prime steak seasoning
4 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Wash potatoes and cut into small cubes
With Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley (I don’t use exact measurements for this part)
Cook the potatoes in the deep fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, stirring at least a few times during cooking.

Once the potatoes are cooked, cut the steak into cubes about 2.5 cm in size.
Brush the steak pieces with olive oil and salt, pepper, garlic powder and steak seasoning.
Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside after cooking.
Cook the pieces of meat in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (I stayed on medium heat).
Melt the butter and add chopped garlic and dried parsley.
Pour garlic butter over the steak pieces and serve with crispy potatoes
