Frozen Yogurt Bites

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries or raspberries, mashed
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Silicone muffin cups or mini paper cupcake liners

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Fruit:
    • Mash the strawberries or raspberries with a fork or puree them in a blender until smooth. You can leave some small fruit chunks if you prefer a bit of texture.
  2. Mix the Yogurt:
    • In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mashed fruit, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fill the Cups:
    • Place silicone muffin cups or mini cupcake liners on a baking tray.
    • Spoon the yogurt mixture into each cup, filling them almost to the top.
  4. Freeze:
    • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 2–3 hours, or until the yogurt bites are fully frozen.
  5. Serve:
    • Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the silicone molds or paper liners. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.

These frozen yogurt bites are a perfect healthy snack and can be customized with different fruits like blueberries, peaches, or even chocolate chips!
