Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Bake

 

 

 

Ingredients:

– **2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced**
– **8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained**
– **1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup**
– **1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup**
– **1 cup sour cream**
– **2 cups shredded cheddar cheese**
– **1 cup mozzarella cheese**
– **1/2 cup chicken broth**
– **1/2 cup onion, finely chopped**
– **1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped**
– **3 cloves garlic, minced**
– **1 teaspoon garlic powder**
– **1 teaspoon onion powder**
– **1/2 teaspoon paprika**
– **Salt and pepper, to taste**
– **Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)**

Instructions:

 

1. **Preheat the Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. **Cook the Vegetables**:
– In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and bell pepper over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
– Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. **Prepare the Sauce**:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
– Add the cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, and cooked spaghetti to the bowl. Mix everything together until the spaghetti is evenly coated.

4. **Assemble the Casserole**:
– Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
– Top with shredded cheddar cheese and then the mozzarella cheese.

5. **Bake the Casserole**:
– Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

6. **Serve**:
– Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
