– 12 ounces penne pasta
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
– 1 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
– 3 green onions, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. **Prepare the Buffalo Chicken Mixture:**
– In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix well.
