1. **Prepare the Ribs:**
– Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
– Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender results. Use a knife to loosen it at one end, then grip with a paper towel and pull it off.

2. **Apply the Dry Rub:**
– In a small bowl, mix together the dry rub ingredients.
– Rub the olive oil over both sides of the ribs.
– Generously apply the dry rub all over the ribs, pressing it into the meat.

3. **Bake the Ribs:**
– Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
– Cover the ribs tightly with foil to create a sealed packet.
– Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender and pull apart easily.

4. **Prepare the BBQ Sauce:**
– While the ribs are baking, mix the barbecue sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan.
– Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

5. **Glaze and Finish the Ribs:**
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (or increase your oven to 450°F/232°C if you prefer to finish in the oven).
– Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the foil.
– Brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the ribs.
– Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, basting with additional sauce and turning once, until the sauce is caramelized.
– If using the oven, place ribs back on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
