Baked Salmon in Foil
Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) salmon fillets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried dill (or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon slices (optional)
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the Foil:**
– Place a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. The foil should be large enough to fold over and seal the salmon.
3. **Season the Salmon:**
– Place the salmon fillets in the center of the foil. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
– Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried dill, salt, and pepper evenly over the fillets.
– If using, place lemon slices on top of the salmon for added flavor.
4. **Seal the Foil:**
– Fold the sides of the foil up and over the top of the salmon until it is completely enclosed. Seal the packet by folding over the edges of the foil.

5. **Bake the Salmon:**
– Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. **Serve:**
– Carefully open the foil packet, being cautious of the hot steam. Transfer the salmon to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
