Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. **Preheat the oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. **Cook the ground beef:**
– In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
– Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
– Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
3. **Prepare the burritos:**
– Warm the refried beans in a microwave or small saucepan.
– Lay out each flour tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans down the center.
– Add a portion of the cooked ground beef mixture on top of the beans.
