Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
1 egg (for egg wash)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the Bombs: Flatten each biscuit dough piece. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture, a cube of cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon in the center. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
Top with Parmesan: Brush each dough ball with egg wash and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
