**Ingredients:**

**For the Chocolate Mousse:**
– 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
– 200 grams dark chocolate, chopped
– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
– 3 large eggs, separated
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt

**For the Nutty Chocolate Glaze:**
– 200 grams milk chocolate, chopped
– 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, or your choice)
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil or unsalted butter

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Chocolate Mousse:**
– In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just beginning to simmer.
– Remove from heat, add the chopped dark chocolate and butter, and stir until smooth.
– Allow to cool slightly.
– In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick. Add the vanilla extract.
– Gradually mix the egg yolk mixture into the cooled chocolate mixture.
– In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
– Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture in batches, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
– Pour the mousse into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap, smoothing the top.
– Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

2. **Prepare the Nutty Chocolate Glaze:**
– In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate, heavy cream, and coconut oil (or butter). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
– Stir in the chopped nuts.

3. **Assemble the Cake:**
– Once the mousse is set, remove it from the loaf pan and place it on a wire rack with a baking sheet underneath to catch any excess glaze.
– Pour the nutty chocolate glaze over the mousse cake, ensuring it is fully covered.
– Let the glaze set at room temperature, or refrigerate for faster setting.

4. **Serve:**
– Once the glaze is set, slice the cake with a sharp knife dipped in hot water (wipe the knife clean between slices).
– Serve chilled or at room temperature.
