Ingredients:

– 1 lb hamburger meat (ground beef)
– 2 packets taco seasoning
– 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
– 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
– 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
– 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
– 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)
– 2 cups beef broth or water
– Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, tortilla chips

1. **Cook the Ground Beef:**
– In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

2. **Add Seasoning:**
– Stir in the taco seasoning and dry ranch seasoning until the beef is evenly coated.

3. **Add the Beans, Corn, and Tomatoes:**
– Add the kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and diced tomatoes with green chilies to the pot.

4. **Add the Broth:**
– Pour in the beef broth or water and stir to combine all the ingredients.

5. **Simmer:**
– Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld together.
