Sweet Potato Banana

Ingredients
1 sweet potato, peeled
3 eggs
½ cup milk (optional)
½ cup ground flour
2 vanilla protein pods (optional)
¼ cup flaxseed
2 teaspoons pie spice (such as Trader Joe’s)
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 large banana, chopped
2 ½ tablespoons almonds
2 ½ tablespoons walnuts
2 ½ tablespoons walnuts
2 tablespoons coconut oil or as needed

Notes:
If you prefer not to use vanilla protein powder, you can choose to use vanilla beans as seasoning.
If desired, the cinnamon can be replaced with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
If desired, milk can be used instead of breast milk.
