Ingredients:

- 1.5 lbs ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped

Instructions:
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground meat, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
