Peppered Cheeseburger Wrap
Ingredients:
1 kilo of minced meat
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup canned tomatoes
1/4 cup fried onions
1/4 cup cubed pasta
1/ 4 cups ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation:
Cook the minced meat in a pan over medium heat with salt and pepper until it turns brown and cooked. Drain all oil.
Place flour tortillas on top. Season each tortilla with ketchup and mustard.
Divide the cooked meat evenly over the tortillas and place in the middle.
Topped with minced meat, grated cheddar cheese, pickled tomatoes, fried onions and pickles.
Stuff around the edges of the tortilla and roll tightly.
Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place the lids down and grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
