Pasta with sausage and cream
**Ingredients:**
– 500 g sausage
– 1 pack of spaghetti
– 1 envelope of ready-made tomato sauce

– 1 small box of cream
– 200 g cream cheese (cup or tube)
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 tomatoes, chopped

– 2 garlic cloves, chopped
– ¼ yellow pepper, chopped (optional)
– 1/2 can peas, drained (optional)
– 1/2 can drained corn ( optional)
– 2 tablespoons ketchup

– Chopped spring onion (to taste)
– Salt and black pepper (to taste)
– Oregano and paprika (to taste)
**Instructions:**

- The sausage in 0. Cut 5 cm thick slices and cook until boiling.
- Once boiling, cook for another 2 minutes and drain.Put aside.
- In a pan, fry the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes, yellow peppers, peas, corn, ketchup, green onions, black pepper, paprika, oregano and salt to taste.5. Mix well and let it fry until the tomatoes break down.
- Add the drained sausage slices and mix well.
7.Add the tomato sauce and a little water and let it cook until it boils and thickens.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted.
- Add the cream and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.10. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta, cover with the sauce and serve immediately.
