Ingredients
- 1 ¼ lb Smoked Kielbasa, cut in 1” pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, squeezed or minced
- 2 Carrots, chopped in ½” rounds
- 1½ glasses Celery, chopped in ½” pieces
- 6 mugs Chicken Broth, moo sodium
- 1 huge Narrows Leaf
- ¼ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Legitimate Salt (or ½ tsp table salt)
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- 1 lb Ruddy Potatoes, cut in 2 ½” pieces
- 1 little head Green Cabbage, around 1½ lbs, cut in 2-3” pieces
Instructions
- Turn on the Sauté work. When show peruses “Hot” include the kielbasa. Cook until softly browned, blending as often as possible. Evacuate from pot and set aside.Dispose of the fat.
- Add the olive oil and the onion. Blend well, scratching the foot of the skillet to induce the browned bits up. In case they are stubborn, fair include one or two little sprinkles of the broth to release them up.
