Ingredients
– 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
– 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tablespoons butter, melted
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the Broccoli:**
– Steam the broccoli florets until they are just tender. Set aside.

3. **Prepare the Sauce:**
– In a large bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise (or sour cream), milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. **Assemble the Casserole:**
– In a large baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the sauce mixture over the top and mix until everything is evenly coated.

– In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and grated Parmesan cheese (if using). Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
