Mandarin Orange Fluff Salad Recipe*

- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional)
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions:
- Mix Pudding Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until well combined. Add the sour cream and continue to mix until smooth.
- Add Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping with the pudding mixture until it’s all smoothly incorporated.
- Incorporate Fruits and Marshmallows: Add the drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, and coconut flakes to the mixture. Fold everything together gently to avoid crushing the oranges.
