**Ingredients:**
– 8 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
– 1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy), sliced into rounds
– 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup white wine (optional)
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and black pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. **Cook the Sausage:**
– In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

– Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine.
– Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
