– Boil the potatoes until cooked, cool slightly for about 15 minutes.
– Place the potatoes on the baking tray, spread lightly with a spatula, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
– Bake for 10 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
– Grate the cheddar cheese and fry until it melts.

– Heat the pan over high heat and add oil.
– After the butter melts and foams, add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
