Lamb and Potato Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lamb or beef, cut into chunks

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Brown the Meat:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the lamb or beef chunks and brown on all sides. Remove the meat and set aside.
