– 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced

– 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

– 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
– 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
– Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

– If not already done, peel and slice the kiwis and cucumber.
– Measure out the pineapple chunks.

2. **Blend the Smoothie**:
