Bacon and Egg Hash Brown Muffins:
Ingredients

You will need a 1/4 ounce bag of frozen hash browns for these bacon and egg hash brown muffins.
six large eggs
cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 green onions, chopped
6 slices bacon, broken and cooked
Parmesan cheese, half a cup shredded
Two cups sharp cheese, shredded
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Be sure to grease or line the pan.
Mix the oil, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Chop the green onion and bacon and mix with melted butter, grated French fries, 1.5 cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
Third, fill the muffin molds.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on each muffin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
