2. **Sear the Pork Chops:**

3. **Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:**
– In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
– Add the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and ground black pepper. Stir to combine and let the mixture simmer for about 2 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.

4. **Glaze the Pork Chops:**
– Return the seared pork chops to the skillet, spooning the honey garlic sauce over them.
– Continue to cook the pork chops in the sauce for another 4-5 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure they are fully coated and cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).

5. **Garnish and Serve:**
– Once the pork chops are cooked and the sauce has thickened, remove them from the skillet and transfer to a serving platter.
– Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.

These Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops are sweet, savory, and incredibly flavorful, making them a perfect dish for a hearty dinner. Enjoy!
