Cabbage and Egg Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese of choice
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Black sesame seeds or nigella seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil or butter for cooking

Step 1: Prepare the Cabbage Base

- Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet, spreading it out evenly.
Step 2: Add the Egg Mixture
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the cabbage, spreading them evenly so they cover the cabbage entirely.
- Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the egg is set and the cabbage is soft.
Step 3: Add Toppings
- Once the egg is mostly set, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Arrange tomato slices on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle black sesame or nigella seeds over the tomatoes for a bit of texture and visual appeal.
Step 4: Melt the Cheese
- Cover the skillet again and cook on low heat until the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute before transferring to a plate.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley leaves.
- Slice and serve warm, like a pizza.
