– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon instant yeast
– 1 cup warm water
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– Additional butter for drizzling
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
– Add the warm water and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
2. **Knead the Dough:**
– Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
– Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3. **Shape the Dough:**
– After the dough has risen, punch it down to release the air. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
– Cover the loaf pan with a cloth and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.
