Hamburger Potato Soup Soup:
Ingredients:
⏺ 1 kilo of ground beef
⏺ large potato, peeled and white
⏺ 1 onion, chopped
⏺ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
⏺ 4 cups ground meat 9 87 ⏺ 1 heavy head
⏺ 2 carrots, grated and peeled
⏺ 2 stalks celery, peeled
⏺ 1 teaspoon salt
⏺ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
⏺ 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
⏺ 2 tablespoons flour
⏺ 2 tablespoons olive oil oil
⏺ 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (for decoration)
par Chopped fresh parsley (for decoration)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef, onion and garlic. Cook the beef until browned and crumbly.
2️⃣ Mix the carrots and celery and cook for another 5 minutes or until slightly softened.
3️⃣ Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and coat the vegetables and beef, stirring occasionally. This will help the soup thicken later.
4️⃣ Pour it down the cow’s throat and boil it. Then add the mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper and red pepper powder.
5️⃣ Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
6️⃣ Mix the whipped cream and heat until warm. Once you add the soup, be careful not to overcook it or it may fall apart.
7️⃣ Serve hot with crumbled cheddar cheese and fresh parsley on top for a delicious and comforting meal!
