Ingredients:
**For the Chicken:**
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons ketchup
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 4 sesame seed buns, toasted
– 4 slices of cheddar cheese
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– 4 leaves of lettuce
– Pickles (optional)

1. **Prepare the Chicken**: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts. If using, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
2. **Grill the Chicken**: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
3. **Make the Special Sauce**: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
