– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

**For the Creamy Herb Dressing:**
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
– Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
– Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
– Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
