Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
– 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Steak:**
– Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
2. **Cook the Garlic:**
– In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
– Add the thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
– Remove the garlic from the skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.
3. **Cook the Steak:**
