Fried Eggs with Cottage Cheese FOR

Ingredients:
Ingredients: 6 large eggs
About 450 grams (about 2 cups) cottage cheese
One cup (about 100 grams) sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (
) Flour: 1/4 cup or about 30 grams
1/4 cup (or about 25 grams) chopped green onions
Finely chop fresh parsley for garnish. Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Beat the eggs in a large bowl until combined. Cream with lattice cheese, cheddar, Parmesan cheese, flour, melted butter, baking powder and salt.
Improve taste:
Green onions need to be roasted. Transfer the mixture to a heated baking dish. Place the bowl in the preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is golden brown.
Serve with garnish and let rest before cutting. If you wish, you can drizzle red pepper and fresh oil on it.
