Feta Casserole with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
8-ounce block of feta cheese
1 cup canned olives, drained
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
⅓ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
Kosher salt
Freshly chopped red pepper
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Sliced bread or Crostini, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Prepare the dish: Place the block of feta cheese in a small bowl. Garnish with olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
Spice Blend: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Season the feta cheese: Drizzle olive oil over the feta cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes.
Baking: Place the plate in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to get a golden color.
Garnish and serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with small pieces of baguette or crostini for dipping.
