PREPARATION:
Remove these, combine with eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth. blend.
Add vegetable oil and orange juice and mix well.
Slowly add the sifted flour and yeast and mix until a smooth mixture is formed.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold.
Bake at 180Β°C for about 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
While the bread is baking, prepare the butter: mix the orange juice, cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan. Add orange zest if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the oil thickens.

After baking, let the cake cool for at least 1 hour.
After it has cooled, pour the butter evenly over the cake.
Decorate the cake with coconut and orange pieces.
