Mango cheesecake!

Absolutely delicious no-bake mango cheesecake with cookie base, mango filling, mango topping and more! 9 salted butter
Jelly
150 g mango pulp
6 g gelatin soap (1/2 sachet)
75 ml boiling water
Cheesecake
400 g full cream cheese
100 g powdered sugar
300 ml cream
300 ml mango pulp
12 g gelatin plate
1- 3 tablespoons boiling water
Garnish
150 ml cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 mango (cut into pieces)
1-2 passion fruit (inside out) Grams
Instructions
Basic
Salted Melt the butter in the microwave briefly or heat it in a pan over medium heat until melted.
Place cookies in a food processor on low speed, add melted butter and pulse a few times until well combined.
Pour into 20 cm deep molds and press well.
