Easy Crock Pot Potato Soup
Crockpot Potato Soup couldn’t be easier and is a great comfort food. It cooks all day in the slow cooker and is ideal for a cold day. For the best potato soup, top with bacon, cheese and scallions. Ingredients:
1 30oz. bag frozen diced fries
1 32 ounce box chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 ounces)

1 package cream cheese (8 oz, non-fat)
3 oz bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Add the potatoes to the pot. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon pieces.Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Simmer for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
An hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes. Place the cubes in the pot. Stir several times an hour before serving.Once the cream cheese is fully mixed, it is ready to serve.
Top with cheddar cheese and a few additional pieces of bacon
