Dry Rub Chicken Wings- Don’t Lose This
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken wings, tips removed
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Pat chicken dry: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Combine dry rub ingredients: In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Toss chicken in dry rub: Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and toss with the dry rub to coat evenly.
Arrange on baking sheet: Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, or ranch dressing.
