– 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
– 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. **Prepare the Potatoes:**
– In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil until they are well coated.
3. **Mix the Coating:**
– In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
