Ingredients:

- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken:
- Flatten the chicken breasts slightly for even cooking.
- Mix the buttermilk and hot sauce (if using) in a bowl, then soak the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least an hour in the fridge.
- Prepare the Sauce:
