250 grams mushrooms, chopped

Directions: Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, 6 to 8 minutes on each side, depending on size. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
Baking bread and vegetables:
Add chopped bacon as with chicken and cook until brown.
Remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined baking tray, pouring the bacon fat into the pan.
Add the fried onion and fried mushrooms to the bacon fat and cook until the onion is soft and the mushrooms are browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Fry the spinach in a pan or skillet over medium heat. This may need to be done in parts. After the spinach has wilted, place it in a colander to remove excess moisture and chop it coarsely.
Return the spinach to the pan with the cooked onions, mushrooms and garlic. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked bacon. Cook over medium heat until the oil begins to thicken.
Season with salt, pepper and nuts if necessary. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Assemble and serve:
