Creamy Seafood Chowder
This Seafood Chowder is a delicious, creamy soup filled with peppers, oysters, and fish.

Ingredients
¼ cup oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon natural yours
¼ flour
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 pound potatoes, peeled and mashed
½ cup corn
5 cups seafood or chicken broth
½ cup white fish
8 ounces diced white fish (cod/salmon/tilapia / haddock)
8 ounces Sea scallops
12 ounces bell pepper, sliced and diced
6 ounces diced electric clams, drained
2 cups heavy cream
1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions
Cook onion in oil until soft. Add flour, turmeric and thyme and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add carrots, celery, potatoes, corn, corn and wine and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix seafood and cream. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the fish is cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Add parsley and season with salt and pepper.
