Creamy Pasta with Ground Beef
Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
•400 g spaghetti or fettuccine
•2 tbsp olive oil

•1 small onion, finely chopped
•2 garlic cloves, minced
•300 g ground beef
•1 tsp paprika
•1/2 tsp black pepper

•1/2 tsp salt
•A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
For the Cream Sauce:
•1 1/2 cups cooking cream
•1/2 cup milk

•1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•2 tbsp butter
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 tsp onion powder
•A pinch of salt to taste

For Garnishing:
•Chopped parsley
•Additional grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preparing the Pasta:
1.Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.Cook the Ground Beef:
•Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
•Add the onion and sauté until soft.

•Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
•Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir well.
Preparing the Cream Sauce:
1.In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2.Add the garlic powder, onion powder, cream, and milk. Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
3.Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and nutmeg (optional). Continue stirring until the sauce thickens.
Combining the Ingredients:
1.Add the cooked ground beef to the cream sauce and mix well.
2.Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and toss until fully coated.
Serving:
•Serve the creamy pasta in a plate or bowl.
•Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
