2. **Prepare Puff Pastry**:
– Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
– Cut the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
– Wrap each strip around a cream horn mold or a cone-shaped object, overlapping slightly as you go.
– Place the wrapped molds onto the prepared baking sheet.
– Brush each with a beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

3. **Bake**:
– Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed.
– Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before gently removing the molds.

– **Vanilla Cream**:
– In a saucepan, combine milk and half the sugar. Heat until it’s just about to boil.
– In a bowl, whisk together cornstarch, remaining sugar, and egg yolk.
– Slowly pour the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
– Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until thickened.
– Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla extract, then let it cool.

– **Chocolate Cream**:
– Follow the same steps as for the vanilla cream but add cocoa powder to the cornstarch mixture.

5. **Assemble**:
– Once the pastry horns are completely cool, use a piping bag to fill them with the vanilla and chocolate creams.
– Dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.

Tips:

– You can substitute the cream filling with whipped cream, custard, or even Nutella for a different flavor.
– If you don’t have cream horn molds, you can make your own using rolled-up pieces of aluminum foil.
