    • Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until translucent.
    • Add the sausage and fry until browned.
    • Push sausage to the side, add beaten eggs, and scramble.
    • Stir in carrots and peas, then add the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
    • Cook, stirring frequently, until everything is hot and well combined.

Mushroom and Potato Fried Rice

  1. Ingredients: Cooked rice, sliced mushrooms, diced potatoes, chopped green onions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame seeds.
  2. Instructions:
    • Boil potatoes until just tender, then drain.
    • In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms in oil until they begin to brown.
    • Add the potatoes and green onions, cooking until onions are soft.
    • Stir in the rice, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, cooking until the rice is heated through.
    • Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Mixed Vegetable Fried Rice

  1. Ingredients: Cooked rice, diced carrots, corn, green beans, red bell peppers, eggs, soy sauce, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Instructions:
    • Cook eggs in a skillet as an omelet, then remove, slice into strips, and set aside.
    • Sauté all vegetables in the same skillet until just tender.
    • Add the rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
    • Stir in egg strips and heat through.
    • Garnish with cilantro before serving.
