Ingredients:

For the cake:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup puree
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 glass of caramel sauce

Prepare the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the light butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat the eggs one by one and stir in the vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Prepare the cheese filling:
In a small bowl, beat light cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the cookies:
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and roll each into a circle. Or use a large baking sheet to make cookies.

Baking cookies: Place
cookies on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are light golden brown and firm.
